USC celebrates week-long University Days

USC will celebrate this year’s University Days on October 23-31 with the theme: “The Word Alive: Navigating Educational Crossroads and Rebuilding Capacities.”

This week-long event will be done virtually with the participation of different student organizations, administrative offices, departments, and the seven schools:

  • School of Architecture, Fine Arts and Design (SAFAD)
  • School of Arts and Sciences (SAS)
  • School of Business and Economics (SBE)
  • School of Education (SEd)
  • School of Engineering (SOE)
  • School of Healthcare Professions (SHCP)
  • School of Law and Governance (SOLG)

The different activities will start from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. and will be facilitated by various departments and units all throughout the week. An opening mass will also be held on October 23, 8:30 a.m. in Talamban Campus.

In line with this, teachers are encouraged to avoid holding synchronous and asynchronous sessions to give time and space for students to connect, reconnect, and forge stronger ties with the whole Carolinian community.

Students are welcome to participate in various online activities which include competitions, exhibitions, webinars, workshops, game nights, quiz bowls, among others.
