USC PolSci dept launches Klarohay Ta 2.0

The USC School of Law and Governance Department of Political Science launches Klarohay Ta 2.0, an online Candidates Forum for the 2022 Philippine National and Local Elections, which happens every Wednesday and Friday for the entire month of April.

First conceptualized and implemented in 2019, the program is an avenue for collaboration among different civic groups to put forward the best interests of Metro Cebu.

Klarohay Ta 2.0 also provides a space for citizens and stakeholders to get to know more about the platforms of aspiring local and national candidates, particularly their policy positions that will affect the Cebuano community.

Endorsed by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Region 7, the program is designed to carry on the commitment for citizen empowerment and engagement within the contexts and challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic as well as inequality and misgovernance.
