URC 2025 tackles innovation and competitiveness

Registration for URC 2025 is now open to the public. Kindly scan the QR code below to register and join the URC 2025.

The University’s largest research event, the annual University Research Conference (URC 2025), is scheduled on April 24 and 25, 2025 at the Fr. Michael Richartz Conference Center in Talamban Campus with the theme “Nurturing innovation and competitiveness through research and entrepreneurship.”

Two keynote speakers have already been confirmed for the conference, namely Vladimir Mariano, Ph.D. (Fulbright University Vietnam) and Eugene Erik Lapasaran Lim (Top Line Business Development Corporation).

URC 2025 will also feature an expert panel discussion hosted by Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Area Vice President for the Visayas Melanie C. Ng. Joining this panel are Jay Y. Yuvallos (President, Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.), Maria Elena C. Arbon (Regional Director, Department of Trade and Industry RO7), Tristan L. Abando, Ph.D. (Assistant Regional Director, Department of Science and Technology RO7), Dr. Mariano, and Fr. Jesuraj Anthoniappen, SVD, Ph.D. (USC VP Academic Affairs).
