April 15, 2020: Simplified admission and enrollment procedures for incoming Senior High School students have also been detailed in this advisory from the SHS Registrar. You can download the advisory here.

March 30, 2020: Admission and enrollment procedures of new freshmen are modified under the enhanced community quarantine that has been placed over Cebu City and the entire Cebu Province. The new procedures consider the possibility that report cards of prospective applicants may not be released by their schools because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Applicants who have already taken the College Admission Examinations (CAE) can process their enrollment online. Prospective applicants who were not able to take the CAE at USC or in the off-site locations may apply online on the basis of their Grade 11 and first semester Grade 12 performance. Full details are available in the memorandum issued by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
