Education Dean appointed special advisor to ASEAN University Network Executive Director

Outgoing USC School of Education Dean Dr. Richard R. Jugar has been appointed as Special Advisor to the Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network (AUN), an association of premier universities in Southeast Asia headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, in June 2023.

As a special advisor, Dr. Jugar will give recommendations and advice to the AUN Executive Director as well as join both online and on-site meetings pertinent to the activities, projects, and initiatives of AUN.

Dr. Jugar is concurrently a core member of the Catholic Education Association of the Philippines (CEAP) Research and Development Committee (RDC) as well as the Subject Area Group (SAG) coordinator for Teacher Education of the CALOHEA Project.
