Chika-chika sa Negosyo airs on dyRF

Chika-chika sa Negosyo on Air radio program commenced its live airing at station dyRF on November 24, 2017.

Literally “conversations about business,” the radio program is the brainchild of the Department of Business Administration and airs every Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at dyRF, 1215 kHz on the A.M. band in Cebu City.

Dr. Robert Visitacion served as anchor for the program, while Dr. Grace Lape was the resource speaker and Engr. Glenn Java handled the Dear San Carlos segment.

The program is part of the department’s community extension services, where faculty members serve as anchors and resource speakers. Success stories of alumni and student entrepreneurs are featured during the program to inspire the listeners, while students of the Integrating Marketing Communication class take charge of the logistics.

Featured during the inaugural airing was a student enterprise called Good Mourning Funeral Organizing and Coordinating Services.

Station dyRF is operated by Word Broadcasting Corporation.
