3 top Psychologist, Psychometrician exams; USC ranked 6th best school

Dy Buco (6th)Three alumni of the USC Department of Psychology topped the Psychologist and Psychometrician examinations administered by the Professional Regulations Commission last October 27-28, 2019, while USC was ranked as the 6th top performing school with more than 80% passing in both examinations.

Diana Cecilia P. Estrada placed 6th with a rating of 83.70% in the Psychologist Licensure Examination; USC had a 5 out of 6 passing rate (83.3%) in this examination.

Meanwhile, Belle Frances S. Timosa placed 2nd (86.20%) and Daria C. Dy Buco placed 6th (85.4%) in the Psychometrician Licensure Examination, heading 159 other successful examinees from USC, which had a passing rate of 87.36%.

In comparison, national passing rates for the Psychologist and Psychometrician examinations were only 71.9% and 63.7%, respectively.
