VPAA welcomes students to the 2nd semester

Vice President for Academic Affairs Fr. Jesuraj Anthoniappen, SVD, Ph.D. welcomed students to the 2nd semester in an advisory dated January 3, 2022. The advisory details some academic matters related to the delayed resumption of the semester.

In his latest advisory, Fr. Anthoniappen addressed the submission of final grades for the 1st semester, the revised schedule and mode of enrollment, blended learning for the 2nd semester, and wellness of students.

Fr. Anthoniappen advised faculty members to extend deadlines for the submission of academic requirements by students, while those with incomplete grades can apply for override or simultaneous enrollment. He also reiterated the rationale for the revised enrollment schedule, while adding that the VP Administration has set up enrollment kiosks in both Talamban and Downtown campuses for students who wish to transact business on-site. Also announced in the memorandum is the blended learning mode for classes in the 2nd semester. Finally, students are reminded of support services offered by the Counseling and Development Center and digital detoxification times.

The complete advisory is posted below.
