Welcome Carolinians to the 1st semester of academic year 2021-22! Classes officially start today, August 16, 2021, and your instructors and professors should start meeting you through our virtual Learning Management System.

Enrollment, however, has been extended until August 31, 2021 (see memorandum below) due to extended restrictions for Cebu City and Cebu Province. Admission is extended to August 21, 2021 only as stated in a recent memorandum issued by the Office of the Registrar which supersedes the previous advisory.
