Food hydrocolloids mini-symposium slated

A joint mini-symposium by the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology and the University of San Carlos on Food Hydrocolloids is scheduled on August 7, 2018 at the Fr. Philip van Engelen Hall. Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. while the program starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m.

Papers will be presented by Japanese researchers Dr. Takahashi Kigen and Dr. Shingo Matsukawa, while USC researchers Dr. Rommel Bacabac and Dr. Evelyn Taboada will also present local efforts.
