CDC head Dr. Elcullada is PRC’s Outstanding Professional in Guidance and Counseling

USC Counseling and Development Center (CDC) Head Dr. Luzlin P. Elcullada, RGC, MSFP, has been awarded as an Outstanding Professional of the Year 2024 by the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) on August 2, 2024, at the Conrad Hotel, Manila in Pasay City.

The recognition highlights Dr. Elcullada’s exceptional achievements, dedicated service, and significant contributions to the field of Guidance and Counseling. 

In May 2022, Dr. Elucallada was also honored as the Outstanding Counselor of the Year by the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association, Inc. (PGCA) during the 57th Annual National Conference and International Conference. 

With over 29 years of experience and 27 years of dedicated service to the University of San Carlos, Dr. Elcullada views her role as a counselor not just as a profession but as a divine vocation. She believes that answering this call has opened the door to many blessings.
