DOST offers graduate scholarships for young Filipino scientists

The Department of Science and Technology Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) is accepting young Filipino scientists who intend to pursue graduate degrees under the Accelerated Science and Technology Human Resource Development Program (ASTHRDP).
