USC declares July as Alumni Month

The University of San Carlos declares July as Alumni Month with the theme, “Come Home, Carolinian,” coinciding with USC’s founding anniversary as a university. 

USC will open its doors this coming July 2024 to all alumni who graduated from elementary, high school, college, and graduate school for a month-long series of activities. 

Distinguished alumni from different sectors will also deliver public lectures on topics involving business, leadership, green engineering, and healthcare.

  • Monday, July 1: Public Lecture on “Leadership in Digital Transformation”

  • Wednesday, July 3: Public Lecture on “Business Outlook for 2025”

Sports enthusiasts are also welcome to join the fun run. Interested participants can also join the basketball, volleyball, and lawn tennis tournaments during the Alumni Intramurals. 

The schedule of games and the registration mechanics will be posted on USC’s official website and social media channels by April 2024.

  • July 16–21: Alumni Intramurals 

The different Schools will also host their respective reunions. A separate Grand Alumni Homecoming will be held at Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Lahug, Cebu City to cap off the month-long celebration. This is open to all Carolinian graduates.

  • July 27: SOE, SEd, SHCP, SAS, SoLG, and SAFAD Reunion
  • July 28: Grand Alumni Homecoming

Alumni visitors can purchase USC memorabilia including caps, shirts, and jackets, among others in designated booths/offices inside the university premises.

More details about the Alumni Month will be posted in the coming weeks and a separate email will be sent for the registration to the Grand Alumni Homecoming celebration.
